About the role

  • Coordinate and implement the JVC plan with client accounts
  • Ensure planning, control and organization of processes
  • Implement initiatives in collaboration with the client's commercial team
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution
  • Represent the Company at client-hosted events

Requirements

  • Coordinate and implement the JVC plan with client accounts
  • Ensure planning, control and organization of sales and administrative processes
  • Implement initiatives identified in the JVC
  • Identify opportunities for numeric distribution gains
  • Represent the Company at client-hosted events
  • Meet sales targets and ensure execution of the promotional calendar
  • Monitor and analyze sell-out and sell-in
  • Prepare commercial proposals
  • Negotiate and monitor execution of counterpart commitments
  • Analyze sell-in, sell-out and market share results and propose solutions
  • Ensure correct implementation of brand plans and strategies
  • Analyze product mix performance
Benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred) or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel required) and digital skills
  • Ability and expertise to implement online and offline initiatives
  • Understanding of Nielsen reports
  • Knowledge of pricing and taxation (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the market and experience with A&A channel clients (preferred)
  • Experience in sales
  • Ability to engage with senior client management (management and directors)
  • Analytical skills, organization and planning
  • Negotiation skills for direct interactions with the client's commercial team
  • Ability to persuade and motivate others toward a common goal
  • Ability to liaise and work across multiple areas at the client and internally (Commercial/Digital/Finance/Trade/Supply)
  • Driver's license (category B)
