About the role

  • Support in coordinating activities related to drafting and updating agreements with international customers
  • Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit, Supply Chain, Administration) and external partners
  • Support in preparing legal documents required for international trade liberalization
  • Support in allocating and managing TTS budgets per customer
  • Support in uploading or updating price lists based on information provided by Sales, Finance and Business Activation
  • Support in coordinating onboarding procedures for new international customers
  • Support in monitoring activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, law or International Relationships
  • Fluency in English
  • Interest in legal/project management/finance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Word
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Result-oriented mindset and customer satisfaction focus
  • Curiosity and proactivity
