About the role

  • Manage and monitor monthly performance (Sell-in / Sell-out), ensuring profitability, sales phasing, clients' days of inventory, 30/60/90-day strategies and innovations;
  • Support implementation of the JVC/Commercial Plan, understanding the client's needs and reality and ensuring its execution;
  • Ensure execution of product mix, clustering and future initiatives together with the regional team;
  • Oversee the end-to-end client process (orders/accounts, scheduling/delivery, account statements, credit and collections);
  • Ensure enforcement of the Commercial Policy and maintenance of client-registered prices;
  • Understand and address day-to-day impacts on the Advantage survey;
  • Monitor execution with the Merchandising team (client visits, out-of-stock analysis and promotional activities);
  • Participate in meetings with the Merchandising and Customer Relationship teams, maintaining close collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Omnichannel mindset (awareness of physical and digital channels)
  • Analytical ability, organizational skills and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the channel's customer market (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP/CRM/Scanntech (preferred)
