About the role

  • Installation of hot beverage dispensers
  • Equipment removal and maintenance
  • Perform specialized preventive maintenance according to the work plan, company standards, policies and procedures, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and the final beverage quality for the consumer
  • Report irregularities found at the point of sale and analyze/propose improvements, such as relocating equipment to a more visible position for the end consumer
  • Ensure training of point-of-sale staff on daily cleaning, restocking and familiarity with the beverage portfolio

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and conducting client visit routes
  • Experience with service-providing companies
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Completion of a course in Electrical or Electronics is a plus
