About the role
- Leading a team of Procurement Partners responsible for executing procurement activities aligned with global targets and agreements.
- Implementing category strategies in accordance with global procurement organization guidance.
- Supporting the team in gathering and analyzing market and business needs, running tender processes, and facilitating deal implementation.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring compliance with people processes.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensuring supplier performance and acting as the commercial escalation point to meet business needs.
Requirements
- 10 years of proven experience in transportation sourcing or supply chain roles within a large, international business environment
- Strong ability to influence, convince, and leverage internal networks to drive business outcomes
- Solid stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Polish (French and German are an advantage)
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem‑solving methodologies
- Strong system and software skills, especially within procurement or analytical tools
