About the role
- Strategic project work: Active support at the interface of Marketing, Sales, Controlling and Market Research with substantive and strategic contribution to projects in the coffee segment
- Market & financial analyses: Independent evaluation of retail and household panel data as well as relevant financial metrics to identify potential and derive concrete measures
- Sales-oriented communication: Contribution to the development of persuasive sales arguments and the preparation of targeted customer materials
- Performance reporting: Preparation and analysis of KPIs to track central company objectives and ensure transparency on target attainment
- Category development: Support in the further development of in-store placement concepts and the creation of innovative approaches to strengthen the category and improve shopper engagement
Requirements
- Studies: Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on Marketing & Sales, or currently in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
- Practical experience: Initial hands-on experience, preferably gained through relevant internships or student jobs
- Skills: Very strong analytical abilities combined with creativity and conceptual strength
- Work style & responsibility: Independent, reliable and structured working style with a high standard for quality and personal responsibility
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Languages: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team & mindset: Strong team orientation, high motivation to actively contribute and enthusiasm for bringing forward your own ideas
