About the role

  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment of goods and services
  • Manage order tracking by monitoring open POs, delivery confirmations, and expected delivery timelines for Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • Handle market and supplier queries in Portuguese and English, providing timely and professional resolutions to issues related to PRs, POs, invoices, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth end‑to‑end P2P process execution.
  • Identify recurring issues that impact delivery or P2P cycle efficiency and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and documentation standards across all P2P activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in Financial Accounting, Accounting Operations, or Shared Services
  • Fluent/Native Portuguese
  • Strong understanding of E2E P2P processes, including PR/PO cycle, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
  • Proficiency in SAP and related procurement tools/workflows.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
