About the role

  • The Lead Gen Campaigns Specialist supports the Business/Market in the creation and management of content on Nestlé corporate/brand websites and/or internal platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the websites.
  • The main purpose is to create, test, and launch digital campaigns using campaign creation tools, but also to maintain and provide support during the post-launch period, update website content, and configure CMS based on markets/business requests.
  • Customize campaigns by performing front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Create Digital Campaigns and related tasks assigned via ticketing tool, including front-end coding activities with high quality, First-Time-Right and within the defined SLA.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.
  • Implement recommendations upon business approval.
  • Organize and run trainings with Nestlé internal and external third parties on selected topics.
  • Implement basic SEO improvements via CMS or other global tools.

Requirements

  • University degree in Digital Media, Digital Communication, Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or another associated field.
  • 2+ Years of experience as a Website Content Editor or a similar role.
  • 2+ Years of experience with Campaign Production Software (for example Qualifio).
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 8 and 9).
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English (advanced level).
  • Knowledge of web design and UX, as a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools, as a plus
  • Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool.
  • Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with the ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers.
  • A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
  • Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.
  • Defining continuous improvement in daily activities.
  • Ensuring good time management.
  • Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times.
