About the role

  • Develop and maintain RPA projects using Python, VBA, Power Automate, Knime and other technologies
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for implemented projects
  • Analyze automation opportunities identified in the operation, assessing feasibility and selecting the most appropriate technology for implementation
  • Serve as the point of contact with the global IT team, requesting new VDIs (virtual machines) for running automations
  • Manage the project pipeline for the O2C team, monitoring deadlines and development status
  • Ensure visibility of project progress to leadership, facilitating communication and follow-up
  • Lead operational meetings and coordinate team demands
  • Participate in the analysis and implementation of new operational opportunities
  • Ensure that training and support materials are up to date and available to the team
  • Work closely with management to ensure project execution and alignment with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field — required
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining RPA projects
  • Proficiency in Python and other automation-relevant languages — required
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power Automate and Knime
  • Ability to evaluate operational processes and determine automation feasibility
  • Experience liaising with IT teams, particularly managing resources such as VDIs
  • Ability to monitor and manage the O2C project pipeline, ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Knowledge of system integrations (SAP, ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience with program management, process design and documentation
  • Intermediate English and/or intermediate Spanish — desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of NCE/PI (desirable)
