About the role
- Assist in implementing occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in environmental risk analyses and in developing action plans to mitigate impacts.
- Support the management of documents such as MTR (Manifesto de Transporte de Resíduos / Waste Transport Manifest), issuance of invoices, and in the management of waste and the waste center.
- Collaborate with the team in delivering trainings and campaigns on sustainable practices and workplace safety.
- Monitor and report SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) performance indicators.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management or related fields;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Experience with Power BI or digital tools (Canva or video editing) is a plus;
- Organized, proactive, self-motivated, with strong communication skills, teamwork ability, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
