About the role

  • Monitor broker performance and KPI achievement;
  • Lead meetings with the sales team and implement strategies;
  • Lead and oversee the processes of the Excellence Program;
  • Evaluate opportunities to increase numeric distribution in priority channels and categories;
  • Open new accounts / indirectly manage the current portfolio of specialized Purina customers;
  • Conduct field visits and monitor point-of-sale (POS) performance (progress tracking)

Requirements

  • Experience in negotiation and sales;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • People skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Knowledge of the pet food market is a plus;
  • Knowledge of distribution is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and others);
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Management, or related fields
