About the role
- Provide expertise, context, and direction to assist business operations and tech teams with new developments and implementations.
- Develop high-performing teams by coaching, empowering, and supporting team members, while evaluating performance and recognizing achievements.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by guiding the team to document, test, and deliver expected business value based on initiative objectives and priorities.
- Involve relevant stakeholders from both business and IT in defining product/project strategy and planning, overseeing decision-making on options, prioritization, risks, and impacts on other processes and products.
- Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and contribute to scoping assessments to determine project feasibility and create comprehensive requirement specifications.
- Validate and test developments at the end of development cycles, ensuring the quality of deliverables through your end-to-end expertise of the systems.
- Keep up to date with Nespresso’s Software Development Life Cycle methodology, ensuring the team receives training and adopts it.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis within Finance, Fiscal Legislation, Accounting, or a related area, with 3-5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
- Experience in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
- Strong analytical thinking and business analysis skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience working on Finance/Fiscal legislation initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP systems, POS systems and e-Commerce.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
