About the role

  • Management of activities required for the maintenance and operation of Facilities (cleaning, landscaping, cafeteria/restaurant, waste removal, laundry, facilities and asset maintenance)
  • Management of outsourced service teams
  • Financial control
  • Management of KPIs
  • Preparation of performance/result reports
  • Document control
  • Management support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Logistics or related fields
  • Experience in contract management and managing third-party vendors/contractors
  • Knowledge of building maintenance processes (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Ability to act as a technical reference and provide support to more junior analysts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
