About the role

  • Review supplier and service provider invoices;
  • Ensure ticket management and creation of Goods Receipts (GR) in compliance with purchasing policies and standards and the NBS SLAs;
  • Ensure review and management of purchase order generation and follow up with approvers;
  • Ensure quality in daily activities;
  • Ensure that deliverables comply with Nestlé Policies.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
  • Experience in a Procurement/Purchasing department
  • Experience managing and prioritizing workload
  • Experience working in a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with SAP systems
  • Experience with Mercado Eletrônico tool
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn: interest in acquiring new knowledge and skills related to invoice recording and financial processes
