Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities

- Experience in contract management and managing third‑party service providers
- Knowledge of building maintenance processes (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Ability to act as a technical reference and provide guidance to more junior analysts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
