  • Management of activities required for the operation and maintenance of Facilities (cleaning, landscaping, cafeteria, waste removal, laundry, facility and asset maintenance)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Logistics or related fields
  • Experience in contract management and oversight of third-party service providers
  • Knowledge of building maintenance processes (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
