- Management of activities required for the operation and maintenance of Facilities (cleaning, landscaping, cafeteria, waste removal, laundry, facility and asset maintenance)
- Management of outsourced/vendor teams
- Financial control

- Preparation of performance reports

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Logistics or related fields
- Experience in contract management and oversight of third-party service providers
- Knowledge of building maintenance processes (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
