About the role

  • Responsible for the sourcing of imported MRP and Non‑MRP OPEX materials and Technical Services while ensuring compliance with Nestlé Procurement standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas suppliers to secure timely material delivery
  • Optimize freight solutions and meet import regulations
  • Drive the end‑to‑end Source to Pay process
  • Ensure on‑time delivery of import materials according to business needs and service levels
  • Drive the end‑to‑end P2P (E2E) process for assigned categories and ensure SLAs are fully met
  • Select and recommend freight vendors for efficient shipment delivery
  • Coordinate with the Shipping Desk and relevant teams for customs clearance
  • Ensure timely payments to overseas vendors in line with national regulations
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the areas of Procurement/Supply Chain or in similar capacity
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and results-driven with strong analytical and innovative thinking
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic environment
