About the role

  • Proactively generate actionable insights that support the current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance
  • Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through the utilization of syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, point of sale) and other data resources
  • Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and the broader business landscape
  • Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to help build sales presentations
  • Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools that are essential to the day-to-day operation of Nestle’s customer account teams
  • Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data, retailer platforms, and internal resources

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (Vlookups, pivots, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals
