About the role
- The Factory Training Manager is responsible for the factory training strategy.
- Designing, developing and facilitating technical training programs.
- Provide training, coaching, and assessments in support of factory training systems.
- Managing training systems through analysis, design, development, and assessment of technical training programs and tools.
- Developing and implementing processes to strengthen organization performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varied hours/shifts as needed.
- Proven experience in course design, facilitation, and technical training in manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems or training databases.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Minimum 3 years of training and development experience supporting mid- to senior-level leaders in factory/operations environments.
