About the role

  • Own and manage the B2B product category and portfolio (coffee, machines, accessories, services)
  • Adapt and implement the global product strategy and commercial value proposition for the local market
  • Monitor and optimize portfolio performance through pricing, promotions, rationalization, and competitive analysis using data insights
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to inform local strategy and marketing plans
  • Ensure product forecast accuracy in collaboration with CE&I and Operations/Supply Chain
  • Develop and communicate coffee expertise internally and externally
  • Own the Brand Experience and coordinate product packages across marketing teams
  • Translate and implement global product launches and themes to meet market needs
  • Lead planning and execution of all permanent and non-permanent launches for coffee, machines, accessories, and services, ensuring alignment with departmental expertise and engaging key stakeholders across the organization
  • Plan and initiate market-specific local initiatives with RMM approval using global tools
  • Drive continuous improvement by leading pre- and post-evaluations of product launches
  • Support commercial strategy development in collaboration with Key Account teams
  • Create sales support tools to empower account managers and sales teams
  • Co-define and drive initiatives with marketing peers to achieve category business objectives
  • Serve as the B2B marketing point of contact for the commercial team
  • Improve organizational efficiency by fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Build a strong multifunctional network, promoting effective collaboration and shared accountability for project goals
  • Set clear project timelines, deliverables, and performance goals, providing transparency and alignment across the organization

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in management or a commercial discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Product and/or Brand Manager, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience working in an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
  • Experience in project management, including managing complex projects
