About the role

  • Act as a financial strategic partner for Kopenhagen’s business unit, supporting leadership with analysis, control and guidance to drive results.
  • Cascade brand and category strategy across branches, regions, customers and points-of-sale (POS).
  • Support, lead and develop the pharma distribution channel to improve numeric distribution, sell-out, market share and profitability.
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with the business plan (JVC).
  • Collaborate with commercial, trade category and marketing teams to support decision-making and safeguard channel strategy.
  • Create, monitor and analyze campaign performance and promotional calendar results.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in channel trade strategies and processes with a focus on maximizing outcomes.
  • Work with commercial, category and corporate teams to ensure effective actions that meet sales targets and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Manage the Promotional and Visibility budget, ensuring channel KPIs are met.
  • Analyze market scenarios, sell-in, sell-out, market share and IQVIA data.
  • Serve as the link between category and sales, working closely with multiple teams to support the pharma channel’s needs.
  • Prepare presentations and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders and the board of directors.
  • Conduct post-evaluation studies to assess the financial return of campaigns, trade shows, JVCs and projects executed in the channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields; postgraduate studies desirable.
  • Proven experience in trade, marketing or sales; prior experience in consumer goods or retail industry preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets and driving performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple areas of the company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Intermediate English desirable.
