Requirements
- Secondary education (minimum)
- Professional experience in customer service and direct sales to the public
- Training/experience in theatre, music and/or the arts is a plus
- Deep knowledge of coffee, the brand, our purpose and values
- Excellent communicator and storyteller
- Conversational knowledge of English (preferred)
