About the role
- Development and implementation of standard training methodologies
- Deliver training sessions to new hires and/or service teams to ensure procedural quality in accordance with guidelines
- Use the Learning Management System to manage training delivery and ensure accuracy of training records
- Review and ensure training materials and learning assets are monitored and maintained to quality standards
- Build, implement and monitor audit controls for HR Operations to help the team meet specific goals related to quality, quantity and documentation of calls and transactions, while maintaining a high level of data integrity and ensuring continuous integration of QA feedback
- Support surveys related to the Voice of the Consumer (VoC) program
- Ensure and maintain quality across various types of departmental documentation
- Participate in project teams to enhance the competency-based training program and Development Sciences, ensuring alignment with quality practices implemented in key functional areas within Development Sciences
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to address training compliance issues and proactively improve processes or provide training support services that reduce training-related risks
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Knowledge of CRM systems and social media/community management
- Previous consumer/customer service experience (3 years)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven excellence in change management skills and learning agility
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights
- Ability to solve problems and handle stressful situations
- Ability to demonstrate high energy, passion, inspirational leadership and a strong focus on customer engagement, collaboration and satisfaction
- Demonstrable excellence in change management skills and learning agility
