About the role

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in maintenance systems and asset reliability across manufacturing operations
  • Ensure equipment performance, safety, and uptime through robust maintenance strategies
  • Develop, validate, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with corporate maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines
  • Provide expert training and guidance to cross functional teams
  • Lead root cause analyses for equipment failures
  • Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new or refurbished equipment
  • Drive projects focused on asset health, maintenance efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in thermal processing (retorts, sterilization, dryers, etc.) in a military, industrial, or related environment.
  • OR Two-year Technical Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in thermal processing (retorts, sterilization, dryers, etc.) in a military, industrial, or related environment.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
