About the role
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in maintenance systems and asset reliability across manufacturing operations
- Ensure equipment performance, safety, and uptime through robust maintenance strategies
- Develop, validate, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with corporate maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines
- Provide expert training and guidance to cross functional teams
- Lead root cause analyses for equipment failures
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new or refurbished equipment
- Drive projects focused on asset health, maintenance efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in thermal processing (retorts, sterilization, dryers, etc.) in a military, industrial, or related environment.
- OR Two-year Technical Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in thermal processing (retorts, sterilization, dryers, etc.) in a military, industrial, or related environment.
- Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
