About the role
- Lead industrial projects technically, from defining scope and solution through to final delivery and structured handover to operations
- Ensure installation, modification and commissioning of equipment in compliance with safety, health and environmental guidelines, Nestlé standards and TPM methodologies
- Work closely with the plant’s different functions to align expectations, ensure effective communication and deliver projects according to business needs, within defined timelines and objectives
- Manage suppliers and external partners, ensuring technical, contractual, financial and schedule alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan activities, timelines and resources, tracking achievement of technical, operational and safety objectives
- Provide technical and operational training to teams involved with new equipment and processes
- Manage the project financial cycle in SAP, including purchase orders, cost control, and receipt of materials and services
- Control investments and ensure projects meet budgetary requirements
- Ensure full delivery of projects with all technical documentation required for handover to operations
- Define preventive and corrective maintenance plans for new equipment
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal safety, environmental and quality standards, and with Nestlé standards.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation, Electronics, Industrial Management or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project and Office tools
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean or Six Sigma (an advantage)
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Leadership capability, team coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong results orientation, problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Good communication, negotiation and critical thinking skills
- High awareness of and commitment to safety
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic industrial environments
