About the role
- Responsible for launches and initiatives for the premium portfolio, from portfolio definition to performance analysis.
- Develop campaigns, creative assets and launch toolkits, ensuring brand consistency and integrated execution across channels.
- Monitor brand and category performance, interpret KPIs, provide diagnoses and define action plans.
- Build marketing plans and work collaboratively with related functions, in partnership with trade marketing, sales, I&R (Innovation & R&D) and supply, ensuring feasibility and business impact.
- Analyze competitors, trends and consumer behavior to guide portfolio and communication decisions and coordinate actions with related areas such as trade marketing, sales, I&R, supply and agencies.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, business administration or related areas with a focus on communications and business.
- Strong critical and analytical mindset with experience managing information from multiple sources (e.g., Nielsen, Scanntech and market research).
- Initiative and maturity to lead and implement projects and actions independently.
- Strong desire to learn, resilience and a sense of responsibility.
- Advanced English is required to interface with the global team.
