About the role
- Equipment Re-design, implementing, controlling and optimizing manufacturing processes & machinery
- Analyze loss data to identify and prioritize projects for continuous improvement
- Run capital projects through the engineering team including project management, quoting, and contractor management
- Initiate and lead process/equipment improvements to increase throughput and reduce scrap
- Conduct problem solving on systems or equipment through failure modes & effects analysis (FMEA)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
