About the role
- Develop culinary solutions applied to Nestlé Professional products, focusing on customer experience and performance (sell-out);
- Train and upskill both internal teams and client teams, ensuring adherence to the proposed solutions;
- Work collaboratively with the commercial team and partner areas, supporting the development and consolidation of campaigns and strategic projects;
- Conduct technical visits and client service visits, fostering relationships and aligning solutions with business needs;
- Monitor performance indicators for managed accounts;
- Manage the consultancy's administrative routines, such as reports, technical data sheets, schedules, and activity management.
Requirements
- Mandatory: active Category B driver's license (valid CNH);
- Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or a related field;
- Willingness to travel and serve clients across the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina;
- Practical experience developing culinary solutions applied to products and ingredients;
- Ability to lead technical trainings, develop personnel, and build high-performance teams;
- Consultative profile with active listening, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with diverse client profiles;
- Autonomy and organizational skills to manage your schedule, deliverables, and client appointments;
- Ability to adapt communication to a wide range of audiences, from operators to executive and director-level stakeholders.
