About the role

  • Manage and monitor monthly performance (sell-in / sell-out), ensuring NCC, sales phasing, DOH, 30/60/90-day strategies and innovations;
  • Support the implementation of the JVC/Commercial Plan, understanding the client’s needs and reality and ensuring execution;
  • Ensure execution of Mix, clustering and future actions together with the regional team;
  • Bring benchmarking insights to the Trade Marketing and Trade Channel community;
  • Oversee the customer end-to-end (orders/portfolio, scheduling/delivery, current account, credit and collections);
  • Ensure execution of the Commercial Policy and maintenance of prices registered for the customer;
  • Understand and act on day-to-day impacts identified in the Advantage survey;
  • Monitor execution with the NROC team from the customer’s perspective (customer visits, out-of-stock analysis and promotional activities);
  • Participate in meetings with the Merchandising team and maintain close collaboration with the Relationship team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields;
  • Valid, active Category B driver’s license (mandatory);
  • Availability to travel (mandatory);
  • Digital mindset;
  • Knowledge of the channel customer market (desirable);
  • Analytical and organizational skills;
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Experience with SAP/CRM (desirable);
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
