About the role

  • Collaborate with Quality Technicians to uphold Nestlé’s exceptional manufacturing standards.
  • Work closely with operations leads and machine operators to identify, resolve, and prevent quality and food safety issues.
  • Review processing records for accuracy and compliance with factory and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct inspections of processing areas to ensure product quality, service excellence, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Monitor formula specifications and maintain accurate record-keeping for compliance.
  • Manage "Out of Specification" materials and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Collect microbiological samples to ensure a safe factory environment.
  • Maintain clean and orderly workspaces.
  • Gather and relay information to assist management in food safety and quality decisions.
  • Engage in team problem-solving efforts to address production challenges.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous quality improvement.
  • Provide training support for line operators to ensure timely and accurate process checks as per Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
