About the role
- Responsible for implementing a campaign management model covering email, WhatsApp and SMS
- Orchestrate the consumer journey for a specific product category
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create guidelines and tools
- Ensure all processes are aligned and effective
- Lead the design and execution of CRM programs, adapting journeys and campaigns to local needs.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate conversational English
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Google Analytics, Agile methodology and performance-driven initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, results-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities
