About the role

  • Direct and coordinate the development and implementation of the plant's SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) strategy and program.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE, including NCE, TPM, Lean, NEMS and NSMS.
  • Implement, control, maintain and improve the plant's SHE management systems, including achieving and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
  • Ensure SHE performance data is available and properly managed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and postgraduate specialization/certification in Occupational Safety.
  • Previous professional experience in safety, health and environment roles within large-scale industries, with a utilities sector of high complexity.
  • Ability to manage results through others and to lead change.
  • Prior professional experience and understanding of TPM and Lean methodologies.
  • Be present on the Gemba, committed to keeping people safe and protecting the environment.
  • Advanced English is desirable.
