About the role
- Market analysis & insights: Analyze trade studies and market data to generate shopper insights and meaningful reports.
- Evaluation of brand performance: Assess the performance of the BEBA brand in retail, including competitive benchmarking and analysis at category and new-product levels.
- Strategy & recommendations: Translate market data into well-founded recommendations to develop the brand and product portfolio.
- Sales & customer support: Assist with customer and new-product presentations.
- Promotions & sales materials: Contribute to the conception and implementation of promotions.
- Collaboration & projects: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and with external agencies and service providers.
Requirements
- Studies: Enrolled in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable degree with a focus on marketing and/or sales, nutritional sciences, or currently in a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s studies.
- Practical experience: Initial hands-on experience through internships or roles in sales, the consumer goods industry, or retail.
- Interests: Strong interest in the German grocery retail sector.
- Working style & skills: Strong analytical abilities, a team-oriented approach, and an independent, proactive working style.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
