About the role

  • Support the Brand Manager with the necessary tasks to successfully perform the marketing activities
  • Responsible for timely coordination of PRs (Purchase Request), POs (Purchase Orders) and GRs (Goods Receipts)
  • Responsible for on time and accurate AW (Art Work), transport declaration, Product Brief and e-declaration approval process together with other stakeholders
  • Creating and delivering reports for respective categories (sales, competitors analysis, market shares, SOV (Share of voice), etc)
  • Initiate and control of PDF/DDF
  • Supports the sticker preparation process (working in Stickering Tool, communicating with Logistics, RSA, Quality and Warehouse)
  • Follow-up the stickering cost and inform about the sticker stocks by country
  • Support for the preparation of communication campaigns

Requirements

  • You have or are getting an Economics/Business Management Degree;
  • You have good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
  • You are advanced user of MS Office package;
  • You have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a international team environment.
  • You are good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities.
