About the role
- Manage and implement category projects at the point of sale in alignment with agreed plans and budgets.
- Maintain and coordinate the calendar of trade activities across all sales channels.
- Analyze results of executed activities and projects, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist the Category Manager in collecting information and keeping trade activity calendars updated.
- Monitor expenses against plan and ensure project execution meets defined parameters, including creating purchase orders (PO).
- Participate in creating and executing client/channel solutions (POP materials, branding, CATMAN) at the point of sale.
- Prepare visualizations for promotional activities according to brand guidelines.
- Update and maintain e-content for the business in PDH.
- Attend monthly meetings with sales teams and business units, gather feedback on promotional materials and secondary displays, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Administer processes related to maintaining updated databases and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Results-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with close attention to detail
- Capable of handling multiple time critical tasks efficiently and optimally
