About the role
- Manage OFFICE clients (companies of all sizes and from all sectors)
- Lead and manage a team of about ten area sales managers
- Define the annual roadmap
- Optimize the regional territory structure
- Ensure proper management of regional stock
- Monitor and drive the performance of the team’s area managers
- Propose action plans and a regional development strategy
Requirements
- Proven commercial/sales experience, ideally in B2B
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
- Managerial experience and a strong team spirit
- Good analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of autonomy
