About the role

  • Manage OFFICE clients (companies of all sizes and from all sectors)
  • Lead and manage a team of about ten area sales managers
  • Define the annual roadmap
  • Optimize the regional territory structure
  • Ensure proper management of regional stock
  • Monitor and drive the performance of the team’s area managers
  • Propose action plans and a regional development strategy

Requirements

  • Proven commercial/sales experience, ideally in B2B
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of autonomy
