About the role

  • Strategic process management: analyze and optimize critical Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance, Sales, and Logistics workflows;
  • Technical leadership: mentor analysts and assistants, ensuring standardization and operational excellence;
  • Continuous improvement projects: lead initiatives for automation, cost reduction, and efficiency gains;
  • Stakeholder interface: represent the function in strategic meetings and ensure alignment with corporate objectives;
  • Advanced KPI management: develop management reports and predictive analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field - required;
  • Professional experience in related areas (Finance, Sales Administration, or Logistics);
  • Advanced English preferred;
  • Advanced Spanish required;
  • Proficiency in SAP, NCE methodologies, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (intermediate), and basic knowledge of Power BI;
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and technical leadership;
  • Ability to work strategically and propose innovative solutions;
  • Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders;
  • Clear communication and business acumen.
