About the role
- Broad operational management: monitor orders, shipments and deliveries, ensuring process integrity in SAP.
- Indicator analysis: track performance metrics and propose actions.
- Financial and/or logistical support: perform financial reconciliations and support reverse logistics, finance and/or sales administration processes and controls.
- Interface with internal areas: act as the point of contact for operational questions between sales, logistics and finance teams.
- Participation in improvements: support standardization and process automation projects.
Requirements
- Professional experience in related areas (finance, sales administration or logistics).
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related fields - preferred.
- Basic English - desirable.
- Intermediate Spanish - mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Continuous improvement.
- Excel (intermediate).
- PowerPoint (intermediate).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Good communication.
- Organization.
- Proactivity and analytical ability.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and tight deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems and propose simple solutions.
- Able to propose and implement process improvements.
