About the role

  • General administrative support: perform administrative processes and routines involving Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Administration, ensuring organization and up-to-date information.
  • Data and systems management: post entries, update and query corporate systems (SAP and others), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Monitoring and control of KPIs: extract reports, update dashboards and assist in the analysis of metrics to support decision-making.
  • Interface with internal and external teams: collaborate with logistics, finance, commercial and customer service teams to ensure deadlines are met and process quality.
  • Support for operational processes: assist in activities related to orders, inventory movements, financial reconciliations and process documentation.
  • Participation in projects and improvements: contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization and support operational meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related fields - desirable;
  • Intermediate English - desirable;
  • Intermediate Spanish - desirable;
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel (intermediate);
  • Strong communication/relationship skills, initiative, teamwork, proactivity, organization, service orientation.
