About the role

  • Continuously seek improvements in occupational health and safety conditions for employees at the Headquarters, Boutiques and E-commerce Hub
  • Lead the management of activities that make up the occupational health, safety and environmental management system
  • Manage safety-related KPIs, improvements, and preventive and corrective actions
  • Oversee employee safety at the Headquarters, Nespresso Boutiques and the Araçariguama E-commerce Hub
  • Manage third-party activities across all boutiques, including work permits and other relevant safety aspects
  • Perform and/or support internal and external audits and verification activities for Multisite certification of Boutiques and Headquarters (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
  • Lead safety awareness programs and campaigns for the Headquarters and boutiques
  • Manage documentation and legal compliance requirements
  • Manage CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and the emergency response team
  • Develop and deliver safety trainings
  • Manage changes (Management of Change)
  • Participate in and contribute to monthly Nespresso Headquarters meetings

Requirements

  • Technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho)
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Intermediate English preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (Brazilian NRs), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
