About the role
- Manage the design, implementation and Start-Up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site
- Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to
- Ensure the alignment with internal and external partners through the Daily and Weekly Operational Reviews and Collaborative Planning processes
- Identify and manage exceptions and monitor performance
- Support the Project Engineering Manager in developing the investment project charter and ensure that it is strictly followed throughout the project
- Execute the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Nestlé standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics
- Ensure safety during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant.
- Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities
- Support the Start-Up Manager and their team to ensure a smooth transition to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering or similar
- 1-3 years experience in Engineering roles
- Open to mobility conditions around Nestlé Waters Global Engineering HUB
- Analytical, Planning and Communication Skills
- Master’s degree in mechanical, E&A, Process, Industrial engineering, or similar
- Independent usage of digital tools: Office365, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit
- Fluent Italian and English.
