About the role
- Oversee B2B marketing strategy, innovations, activations, and events
- Ensure execution and brand positioning in accordance with Nespresso's global and local guidelines
- Maintain close relationships with the sales team, supporting activations, expansion strategy, prospecting, and other brand engagement activities
- Develop customized materials for strategic clients
- Manage the Nespresso Professional subscription, overseeing the entire process and being accountable for target attainment
- Create general materials such as stickers, menus, banners, etc.
- Strategically develop and lead the B2B WhatsApp project
- Manage all lead processing together with the NBS team and commercial teams
- Support the sales team with architecture and visibility items
- Monitor the area's budget to ensure marketing strategy and visibility
- Develop projects, innovations, and partnerships aimed at driving B2B growth at Nespresso
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data analysis into business strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure alignment with the sales team
- Knowledge of the B2B market is a plus
- Previous experience in trade marketing can contribute to success in the role
