About the role
- Administration tasks in translation systems like XTM or Systran such as user creation and assignment in XTM, terminology upload in Systran, etc.
- Identify and trouble-shoot simple issues in translation systems and authoring tools, such as workflow errors, etc.
- Conduct the learning sessions to the SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) about translation process flow
- Build an effective project plan with timelines and roles for each translation project
- Project management/coordination activities in ad-hoc translation requests
- Perform layout adjustment for each translation project in the authoring tools (Articulate 360 & Adobe After Effect)
- Detailed analysis of learning solutions structure, materials, source files developed in Articulate/Adobe After Effects/MS Office and other authoring tools
- Creation of the Governance documentation with the new stakeholders
- Promote and support NCE Mindset. Participate and contribute to WORs/MORs and other tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in applied linguistics, International relations, Communication or related areas would be a benefit
- Experience in content management
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools and preferably knowledge of Translation applications (XTM, Systran, etc.)
- English (advanced written and verbal)
- Ability to deal with stress situations and short deadlines
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities, foreseen risks and take appropriate actions
- Good planning, organizational and time-management skills
- Work with commitment on ongoing initiatives and CI mindset
