About the role

  • Manage and drive KPI performance (Sell In, Sell Out, stockouts, product listing, etc);
  • Ensure compliance with DOH policy and commercial policy, implementing brand strategies and positioning at the point of sale;
  • Support the development and execution of 360° business plans (JVC, promotional calendar, execution plan);
  • Ensure the execution and accuracy of the Sales Book, trend analyses, and mix beyond the top sellers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning) to implement plans that boost and accelerate the business, aiming for growth;
  • Act as an owner in decision-making and maximize company resources and tools;
  • Work with excellence daily, seeking practical and proactive solutions for continuous improvement;
  • Monitor the end-to-end order flow, managing and working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure zero stockouts.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word);
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems (preferred);
  • Experience in sales and negotiation;
  • Strong analytical skills and a broad commercial perspective;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Willingness to travel.
