About the role

  • Serve customers in the specialized channel (pet shops and other retailers in the specialized pet segment);
  • Plan and manage the monthly customer portfolio in accordance with company objectives (sell-in, sales cadence, stock coverage, among others...);
  • Ensure execution at the customer level and support the development of the JBP (Joint Business Plan/commercial plan) by understanding the customer's needs and realities;
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from pre-sales to payment collection from the customer;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Compliance standards, and communicate, clarify, and enforce the rules established across all pillars of operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (mandatory)
  • Valid, active Class B driver's license (CNH B) (mandatory)
  • Planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the specialized pet channel (preferred)
