About the role
- Serve customers in the specialized channel (pet shops and other retailers in the specialized pet segment);
- Plan and manage the monthly customer portfolio in accordance with company objectives (sell-in, sales cadence, stock coverage, among others...);
- Ensure execution at the customer level and support the development of the JBP (Joint Business Plan/commercial plan) by understanding the customer's needs and realities;
- Be responsible for the entire sales process, from pre-sales to payment collection from the customer;
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Compliance standards, and communicate, clarify, and enforce the rules established across all pillars of operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (mandatory)
- Valid, active Class B driver's license (CNH B) (mandatory)
- Planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the specialized pet channel (preferred)
