About the role
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors for equipment, services, and installations
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and internal safety policies
- Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment efficiency, and energy usage
- Support the introduction of new technologies, automation systems, and digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment, preferably in Food/Pharma/FMCG industries
- Proven experience in project management and technical problem-solving
- Driving license category B
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
