About the role

  • Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share your knowledge of our coffee and our sustainability practices.
  • Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes).
  • Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • You have patience for day-to-day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
  • You have effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
  • You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
