About the role
- Perform quality checks on the B2C and B2B marketing campaigns (e.g. marketing campaign and products settings, payments and delivery modes etc.) being deployed on multiple channels
- Estimate QA/proofreading efforts and collaborate with the team and requestors in the development of a testing strategy
- Ensure that all assigned requests are completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and transmitted to stakeholders as required
- Provide hands on testing support during QA phase and testing results validation
- Provide suggestions or alternate point of view in case of identified issues or unachievable timelines
Requirements
- A professional with 6+ months of experience as QA Specialist or other relevant role
- Marketing background is a plus
- Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
- A great communicator and a team player
- Detail-oriented professional with meticulous approach
