About the role

  • Management of KPIs related to planning, demand, NDAs, contracts, etc.
  • Development of plans and calendars for the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) channel with Nestlé brands for each client
  • Strategy and execution to serve the country’s largest confectionery chain
  • Development and acceleration of partnerships with large manufacturers/industry players for collaborations and new business models with our brands
  • Guidance and monitoring of the team to ensure delivery of results
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and growth platforms in the Food Service market
  • Work dynamically and liaise with multiple departments across the company to facilitate processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
  • Experience in Foodservice preferred
  • Experience leading people and managing teams preferred
  • Essential analytical skills supported by strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in sales and negotiation
