About the role
- Support regional commercial planning and sales performance management by providing insights
- Coordinate initiatives and ensure smooth execution of regional activities
- Facilitate regional review of issues and opportunities
- Contribute to annual commercial planning
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in reviewing OPL baselines, uplifts, and breakdowns by channel/distributor/customer
- Consolidate reports, coordinate flush-out activities, allocate seasonal merchandisers, and manage regional office requirements
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports
- Assist in demand forecasting and pricing strategies through historical data analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Provide actionable insights to sales leaders for strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Knowledge of sales planning processes and demand forecasting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
